Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on SharePoint Lead to manage and enhance our SharePoint environment. This role combines technical expertise with leadership - driving solutions, guiding a small team, and working directly with business stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises).
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Plan and manage the SharePoint roadmap, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, while remaining hands-on with development and Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve adoption and usage of SharePoint.
  • Handle migrations, upgrades, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Define and implement governance, security, and best practices.
  • Act as the point of contact for SharePoint-related issues and drive timely :
  • 10+ years of SharePoint experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online (site design, workflows, integrations).
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance roadmap planning with day-to-day technical to Have :
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite.
