About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing product strategies to drive growth and enhance the user experience for our B2C (phygital) offerings.
What You Will Be Doing
Create and implement product strategies that are in line with the objectives of the organisation.
Analyse and conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities and trends as well as client needs.
Work together to create and implement product roadmaps with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and sales).
Create and update product documentation, including specs, user stories, and use cases
Define product needs and prioritise features based on user feedback and data.
From concept to launch, oversee the product development process to make sure that products are delivered on time
Utilise data to guide future product decisions by analysing metrics for product performance and user engagement.
Develop product positioning and messaging in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Keep an eye on market developments and rival products to spot potential risks and opportunities.
What You Bring To The Table
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience of working in a B2C startup or fast-paced setting
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Understanding of agile development techniques
Knowledge of user research and data analysis techniques, as well as product management software like: Jira, Trello, or Asana
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
