Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Python and a proven track record in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for scalable SaaS applications. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for driving AI initiatives, building and deploying models, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
 Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
 Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to build robust datasets for training models.
 Integration: Integrate machine learning models with SaaS applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
 Deployment: Deploy models into production environments, monitor performance, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
 Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply cutting-edge techniques to existing and new projects.
 Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 Tooling and Automation: Develop and maintain tools for automating data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes.
 Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Python.
SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of AI/ML in SaaS applications.
Technical Skills:
 Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in popular ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
 Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
 In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
 Experience with cloud services for AI/ML deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
 Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
 Proficiency in working with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor's or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 Experience with AI in SaaS: Prior experience building AI-driven features or products specifically for SaaS platforms.
 Natural Language Processing: Experience with NLP techniques and tools is a plus.
 Reinforcement Learning: Familiarity with reinforcement learning or other advanced ML techniques.
 Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
