The Drone Instructor will be responsible for:Training and evaluating students in DGCA-aligned drone operations and remote pilot training.Conducting both theoretical and practical training, including simulator sessions and live flight demonstrations.Ensuring compliance with DGCA Drone Rules 2021 and RPTO regulatory standards.Developing instructional content, training manuals, and SOPs for drone operations.Guiding students in aviation safety, airspace management, and integration of drone technologies.Supporting research, innovation, and industry collaborations in UAV applications.Qualifications Commercial Pilot License (CPL holder) – PreferredStrong knowledge of DGCA Drone Rules 2021 and RPTO training requirements.Prior experience in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations and training preferred.Excellent instructional, coaching, and safety management skills.Ability to design and deliver engaging training modules (classroom + practical).Good communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Engineering/Science field preferred.
