The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience in creating seamless and engaging user experiences across various mobile platforms. Responsibilities: User Research and Analysis: ● Conduct user research to understand target users’ needs and pain points. ● Analyse user feedback and behaviour data to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: ● Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for mobile applications. ● Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results. UI Design: ● Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for mobile apps. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and design coherence. Usability Testing: ● Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions. ● Implement changes based on user feedback to enhance the user experience. Collaboration: ● Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and constraints. ● Communicate design concepts effectively and advocate for user-centric design principles. Responsive Design: ● Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and resolutions. ● Collaborate with developers to implement responsive design principles. Stay Updated: ● Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the mobile app design space. ● Share insights and best practices with the team to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. ● Proven experience (3+ years) in UX/UI design, specifically for mobile applications. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. ● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile app design projects and problem-solving skills. ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. ● Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
