Job Title: Frontend Developer (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma or other design tool mockups into responsive, accessible, and functional websites.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement interactive elements, animations, and transitions where needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for smooth user experiences.

Key Technical Skills Required:

Core Web Technologies

  • HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid, fluid typography)
  • Cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

Frameworks / Libraries (any of the following based on your stack)

  • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS
  • Animation: GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations

Design Integration

  • Strong proficiency in Figma (interpreting design specs, spacing, typography, and color schemes)
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch (optional)

Additional Skills

  • Git & version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Basic SEO-friendly HTML structure
  • Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Basic integration with APIs or backend data
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image compression, code splitting)

Level of Experience

  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of professional front-end/web development experience.
  • A portfolio or live project links are mandatory.

Bonus

  • Knowledge of Python is an added advantage and preferred.
  • A willingness to learn Python and Odoo is highly appreciated.
