Senior Operations Engineer at Metaguise company

The ideal candidate for this position should have 5 to 10 years of work experience. They should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and ideally possess an MBA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of Labour Management, site operations, field operations and over all inhouse operations.

  • Ensure efficient coordination between Site operations and Clients to optimize productivity.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in B.tech-Civil can apply.

  • MBA in Operations Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
