We are looking for an ambitious Lead Node.js Developer who possesses a passion for designing, building, customizing, deploying, and maintaining innovative websites and web applications and who will work with our team to build a stable and scalable infrastructure for our clients.

Cloudesign Technology Solutions (CTS) is a digital transformation IT consulting & services company, enables digital transformation for enterprises and technology providers by delivering seamless customer experiences, business efficiency, and actionable insights.

Cloudesign has development centres in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

- Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Code Review and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes.

Development :

- Hands-on development using Node.js and related technologies.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Performance Optimization :

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.

- Implement optimizations for speed and efficiency.

Technology Research :

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Node.js.

- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance the development process.
