performing and scalable solutions Fast response to the evolving regulatory environment and helping to meet the firm's regulatory commitments by addressing internal and external commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tax compliances for various TBO entities across the world including direct and indirect tax compliances.
Preparation and review of monthly reconciliation of tax related accounts.
Preparation and filing of statutory tax returns of monthly and quarterly VAT, WHT and annual income tax filings, filings and maintaining compliance tracker for holding company and subsidiaries across the world.
Assist in timely response to be submitted to auditors both internal and statutory from tax perspective.
Provide tax audit support for the Group.
Assist in Transfer Pricing (Local File, Master File & CBCR) compliances and assisting in closing annual transfer pricing certification and study for the overseas entities.
Liaise with tax authorities and manages tax assessments/litigations.
Development & execution of effective tax strategy to grow business globally.
Establish appropriate systems or processes for tax risk management for the Group.
Qualification parameters:
Fresher CA with exposure in International Taxation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organisation, and to develop and sustain relationship internally and cross functionally.
Understanding of tax concepts
Self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, organised and team player.
