Job Description

Payel Inn Hotels is seeking a Senior Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, assisting the F&B team, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant and banquet service areas.
• Supervise and guide junior stewards in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service equipment.
• Support the F&B team in buffet setups, banquets, and guest service operations.
• Monitor inventory of stewarding supplies and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
• Adhere to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stewarding roles, preferably in 3-star or 4-star hotels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to handle pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
