Role Responsibilities

StrategyAwareness and understanding of the business strategy and model defined for the project.BusinessUnderstanding of delivery and business process defined by the project.Processes*Responsible for executing and supervising the design and development process.People & TalentExpert in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Postgress DBHands on Containerized platform, OCP, Podman.Defining the development plans and tracking of the planEscalation to the next level for any issuesInteracting with internal stakeholders Testing, Environment, Configuration Management teams, interfacing teams for project implementation as requiredTrackingADO defects to closureTracking quality goals and risks for his assigned modulesPerform Proof of concepts for new technologies and other strategic technology initiativesContributes to development of standards and frameworks for the organizationParticipates in product selection, architecture reviews, technical auditsDesign and implement solutions based on SCB standardsContributes to capacity and performance testing activitiesUse standard emerging technologies in application developmentUse SCB development frameworkWorking with the project team throughout the life cycle of the project in terms of technical delivery and implementationReviewing code standards usedPrepare/Review Technical specificationStrictly follow SCM process in coding, testing, releaseIdentifying reusable components for own projects and contribute to the organization repositoryManage scope changes for own moduleFacilitate knowledge transfer within own team and PSS teamsInput in to AIG, ASRM from own module prospectiveMaintain traceability matrix at module levelRisk ManagementResponsibilities relating to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risksGovernanceResponsible for assessing the effectiveness of the solution provide.Regulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
