We are looking for an
AI & Data Engineer
a hybrid of a
data scientist, computer scientist, and software engineer
who thrives on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale. If you've ever wanted to go beyond research notebooks and ship production-grade AI products, this is your playground.

What you'll do

  • Design & Build AI Systems
    : Develop end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure
    : Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship
    : Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking
    : Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures
    : Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

What we're looking for

  • Strong programming background (
    Python, , or similar
    ) and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with
    ML/AI frameworks
    (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    data engineering & databases
    (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps
    and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on exposure to
    retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
    .
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with
    multi-modal systems
    (text, voice, vision).
  • Interest in
    generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines
    .
  • Previous work in
    startups or venture studios
    .
