Position: Operation Manager

Reporting Manager: COO

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Skills We Are Looking For:

● Atleast 3 year of CA Firm experience.

● Hands-on experience in MCA, GST, Income Tax.

● Ability to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.

● Good communication skills.

● Good organizational and time management ability.

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Roles and responsibilities:

● Company Incorporation Support: Assist in the incorporation of various company types, including Private Limited (Pvt Ltd), Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), and One Person Company (OPC).


Annual Compliance Management: Prepare and file annual returns (including forms LLP FORM 8, LLP FORM 11, AOC 4, and MGT 7) ensuring regulatory compliance.

● Maintenance of Daily Reports on Sales, Purchases, Customer Payment Receipts, and Invoices.

● Should be able to handle GST, Income Tax, ESI/PF, TDS filings & Other Statutory requirements of Clients.

● Preparing, Organizing, and Storing Information in Paper and Digital Form.
