1. BusinessDevelopment: Design and implement strategy for strengthening capacity buildingtraining/awareness related activities forEwaste


2.Resource management : Collaboratewith crossfunctional support teams and appropriate stakeholders inplanning monitoring and implementation for all capacity buildingactivities are seamless and remain ontime.
3.Process improvement: Periodicprocess review with reporting manager on the following trainingSOPs project budget utilization project timeline. Assess strengthsweaknesses of project implementation and provide processimprovement suggestions to reportingManager.


4.Audits: Establishaudit template and execute audits (recycler and collection centers)PanIndia
5.Research& Field work: Establishprocess and framework for primary data collection related to Localcontext Institutions Local regulations and existing infrastructureas per project scope. Mapping and engagement with: Stakeholders(Educational institutions Corporate NGOs ULBs) Authorizedenddestinationsfor recycling and end of life solutionsandlogisticspartner
6.Datacapture: Accuratedata capture( esp. capacity building trainings) and ensure alldocumentation is compliant as per SOP and updated on Zoho in atimely manner. Monitor and assist the entrepreneur in maintainingProof of Execution documents (POEs) (Invoice material photo truckpicture DC weighbridge receipt LR and Eway bill) as perrequirements.Supervise the project leader/ entrepreneur inmaintaining all logbooks


7.Health&Safety: OverseeHealth & Safety standards at entrepreneur locations as perguidelines of Ewaste Management andImplementationof 5SSOP.
8.Projectmanagement / Coordination : Coordinatealong with the reporting manager end to end projects from projectplanning to execution within allocated budgets.Ensure all parts ofan assigned project are processed organized and progressingaccording to predetermined timelines and deliverable date. Maintainproject performance databases that track overall progress and theaccomplishment of specific milestones. Daily monitor to streamlineproject efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. Report projectoutcomes and/or challenges to reporting manager as neededescalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. Act asa point of communication between SZW teams and externalresources.Deepen partnerships with outside resources includingvendors local body authorities service fee clientsetc.


9.Capacity building / Awareness: Planand execute training/awareness sessions to be given to differentstakeholders (corporate ULBs educational institutions industries).Topics will include awareness responsibility of consumers andEwaste management rules 2022). Preparation of collaterals andbanners as perrequirement
