Role Description

This a full time role for a senior architect, located in Nagpur. The Senior Architect will be involved in creating plans, architectural designs , construction drawings , massing , guiding junior architects and working collaboratively with the architecture team to deliver high quality projects.

Qualifications

*Architectural Design skills including designing , detailing , drafting , sketching , and conceptual 3D modelling.

*Highly proficient in CAD Software.

*Integration Skills to ensure that architecture , engineering and construction elements work together seamlessly.

*Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines and teams.

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

*Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

*Familiarity with building Byelaws and regulations in India.

*Knowledge of BPMS drawings.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development for residential, commercial, or institutional projects
  • Prepare conceptual and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Manage project timelines, budgeting, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC, and other applicable standards
  • Conduct site visits for supervision and quality checks
  • Guide junior architects and interns on design and technical aspects
