R2R (Record to Report) Lead EMEA Time Zone
We are seeking an experienced R2R Lead to join the Solution Deployment Team, supporting the implementation of ERP financial modules within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This role will play a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery and ensuring successful deployment across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of project plans, including timelines, tasks, and key milestones
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify areas requiring customization or process changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and translate business requirements
  • Own and manage RAID items, providing regular progress updates
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path) to drive delivery
  • Partner with the Program Lead and PMO to ensure successful project execution
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating financial needs into system functionalities
  • Align project deliverables with business goals and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Support technology implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Monitor build progress and coordinate with technology teams as needed
  • Own end-user training for R2R, including preparation of training materials and delivery
  • Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure smooth transition and adoption
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project success
