About the Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and monitoring the credit risk of our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science/analytics (preferably in risk analytics), excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential credit risks- Develop and maintain credit risk models and monitoring tools to track portfolio performance- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of concern and recommend mitigation strategies- Collaborate with lending teams to provide credit risk insights and support informed lending decisions- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate credit risk metrics and trends to senior management and other stakeholders

- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field- 5+ years of experience in credit risk analytics or a related field- Strong data analysis and modeling skills (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, forecasting etc)- Proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or other programming languages- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in Risk Model Development and Validation (PD,EAD,LGD etc)- Experience in portfolio management dashboard development- Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements
