Payroll Operations Management: Benefits AdministrationVendor Management:Process Improvement:Reporting and Analytics:Audits and Governance: Third Party Vendor audit – Stakeholder Management:Team development and management:Qualifications: Bachelor's/ master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll management, with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing India payroll operations. In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws / statutory compliance requirements. Exposure to payroll operations in other markets in APAC. Experience with payroll systems (e.G., ADP, SAP, Workday) and HRMS such as Success Factors is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive insights and decisionmaking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in payroll management, of driving process improvements, assessing & mitigating risks, leveraging technology, and implementing best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
