We are looking for Product Owner in the Payments Domain. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai
Relevant experience : 7 to 15+ years
Education: Bachelors (B.E/MCA) or equivalent
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with global partners to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Defining the vision for the team's product; Creating a product road map based on this vision.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Story grooming and take ownership, review acceptance criteria, definition of ready and definition of done.
- Plan releases and upgrades; Own entire product
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process, reporting status and problems.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Mandatory Skills :
- Good understanding of end to end payment eco system.
- Good understanding and experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong experience in developing and elaborating Features, EPICs and stories along with acceptance criteria.
- Experience in analyzing existing systems, flows and develop requirements.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand high level requirements and turning them into team-level plans.
- Closely work with development and test team to provide detailed understanding of end-to-end functionality.
- Strong experience in collaboration tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
