Job Title: Senior Architect (3–4 Years Experience)Location: (Pune, Maharashtra)Employment Type: Full-time / On-site We are seeking a Senior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience with Residential and commercial design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in design development, coordination with consultants, client interaction, and preparation of detailed drawings. This role requires strong creativity balanced with technical knowledge and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design development from concept to execution for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed construction documents.Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, fire, HVAC, etc.) for integrated design solutions.Manage client interactions, presentations, and approvals.Ensure designs comply with building codes, bye-laws, and statutory regulations.Oversee site execution support, review contractor drawings, and respond to RFIs.Mentor junior architects and interns, reviewing their work for accuracy and quality.Participate in project scheduling, resource planning, and quality control.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architecture firms.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of BIM is a plus).Strong knowledge of building codes, NBC, and local authority regulations.Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Good communication skills for client and consultant coordination.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.Collaborative work environment with creative freedom.Career growth and mentorship opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
