It delivers digital solutions utilising Lumada in five sectors, including Mobility, Smart Life, Industry, Energy and IT, to increase our customers’ social, environmental and economic value.Job Title: Sr. Tech Test ArchitectLocation:Pan indiaExperience: 9+YearsJob Type : Contract to hire.Notice Period: Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills: Selenium AutomationMobile testing AppiumJmeterCICDJob Description :- Over 10 years Hands-on experience in test architecture, strategy design, and automation framework development.- Proficient in Selenium Automation, Mobile automation testing and Jmeter- Ability to provide Leadership, Governance & Coaching to QA team within multiple product lines- Responsible for ensuring quality release delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, reporting and closure of release test activities.- Responsible for test case development and maintenance (manual/automation)- In-depth experience of developing or expanding test automation frameworks that provide a foundation for reliable, robust, and resilient test automation that can be integrated into a CI/CD pipeline or executed separately for on-prem or cloud platforms- Experience of Agile ways of working with heavy emphasis on shift left approach to quality.- In-depth experience of non-functional testing (Performance, Scalability, Concurrency, Reliability, Availability, Interoperability, Compatibility) from planning to test execution / reporting.- Act as point of contact for all test related queries and provide technical test support and training for test team members for products or platforms responsible for.- Define and actively lead on-going development of testing processes and implementation of testing best practice within scrum teams responsible for.- Ensure defect and test automation backlogs have a plan for resolution which can be measured and reported against on a regular basis.- Be able to hire, train and develop talent.- Comprehends the products of business and how the automation concepts can be applied to provide solutions.- Applies and follows knowledge of technical expertise, QA best practices, and proven processes to technically lead a small team of software testers.
