Job Title - Servicenow developer - OMT Experience: Service Now Development, with CSM and Telecom Order Management experience Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements Develop Service Now catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows Integrate Service Now with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices Required Skills: Hands-on development experience in Service Now platform Strong knowledge of Service Now Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module Experience in Service Now CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage Proficient in Java Script, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Now Flow Designer, and Service Portal Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides Experience in working in Agile/Dev Ops environments
