Education : BE Bachelors degree in ComputerScience/ITYearsof Experience:8SpecializedKnowledge:8years of experience in MDM & DG including toolimplementationsUnderstandbusiness and implement Data quality rules in DQtoolAdaptin core MDM areas such as Match Merge Survivorship Trust ScoresHierarchy and External MatchProficiencyin data modeling data integration and ETLprocessesPreferredexperience working on SAP ECC Salesforce S/4 HANA Stibo MSSQLExperiencein operationalization of MDM & DG programs in ApparelIndustryIndepthknowledge of data governance data quality and data securityprinciples.Familiaritywith relevant data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPRCCPA).Soundknowledge on endtoend Data Governance framework and industrypractices.Preferredexperience in ApparelindustryPreferredcertifications in DG frameworks such as DAMA DCAM etc.Certificationin MDM or relatedfieldsStrongunderstanding of DG processes andstandardsAtleast 5 years of experience in Technology implementation projectspreferably in ApparelindustryExcellentanalytical and problem solving skillsBehavioralSkills:TimelinessOn TimedeliveryStrongInterpersonalskills.ShiftprioritiesEffectiveleadershipskillsPresentationskillsCommunicationskillsAbilityto work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and businessstakeholdersFlexibility
