Role Overview

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our growing team in Jaipur. This is an
on-site role (not for freelancers or remote workers)
, where you will collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to conceptualize and design impactful visuals for both digital and print media.

The ideal candidate should have at least
6 months of hands-on professional experience
in graphic design and a strong understanding of
digital media trends, social media creatives, and branding
.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visual Creation
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and offline collaterals.
• Develop
  logos, icons, infographics, and brand identity elements
  aligned with client and company branding.
• Work on marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Branding & Identity
• Understand and contribute to building consistent brand identities
  across various projects.
• Ensure all designs reflect the company's vision, values, and tone.
• Digital Media Focus
• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  .
• Create visuals optimized for different digital channels (ads, carousels, reels covers, etc.).
• Stay updated with latest digital trends, design styles, and tools.
• Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to brainstorm and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Deliver design solutions within deadlines without compromising quality.
• Take constructive feedback and refine designs as per requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum
  6 months of hands-on professional experience
  in graphic design (internships/freelance-only experience will not be sufficient).
• Strong portfolio showcasing
  branding, social media creatives, and logo design work
  .
• Proficiency in design tools such as
  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma
  .
• Understanding of
  typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy
  .
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring fresh design ideas.
• Knowledge of
  digital media requirements
  (e.g., aspect ratios, platform-specific guidelines, compression for web use, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in
  Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  preferred.
