About the jobWe at Accolade Electronics are on the look-out for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. RF Engineer to join our team to Design, development, testing, and optimization of RF solutions for IoT and automotive telematics products.Job DescriptionHands-on design and development of IoT products and automotive telematics solutions.Design, test, and troubleshoot GSM, GPS, Wi-Fi, BLE, and Bluetooth modules and circuits.Develop and optimize antenna design, tuning, and placement within compact embedded devices.Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD) for schematic capture and layout review.Use appropriate evaluation tools and development kits to assess module performance, signal quality, and system-level behaviour.Perform RF measurements, debugging, and validation using advanced test and simulation equipment.Support module selection, vendor coordination, and benchmarking of RF performance.Liaise with global wireless module vendors (e.g., Quectel, u-blox, Sierra Wireless) for sourcing and integration.Work with suppliers for module/chipset integration, testing, and qualification.Apply knowledge of GNSS multi-constellation systems for enhanced positioning solutions.Analyze, debug, and resolve RF issues related to interference, noise, sensitivity, and range limitations.Work with and implement relevant network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS) for connectivity and data
