Creative Lead

We're on the lookout for an experienced Creative Lead to spearhead our team, driving innovation and elevating our brand identity to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of creatives, providing guidance and direction.
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives.
Oversee the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Review and approve creative materials, maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.
Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for creative projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Leadership qualities including empathy, resilience, and decisiveness.
