Role Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the laundry store. This includes ensuring efficient processes in handling customer orders, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role involves coordination with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. The Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Supervise daily operations, including processing laundry orders, delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
- Ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of laundry orders to meet customer expectations.
- Assign tasks to team, delivery personnel, and drivers.
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and timely deliveries.
