Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to help improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple systems like Inventory Management System and Delivery Tracker System to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing accurate data and reports.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define business needs.
- Create meaningful insights and reports for other departments to work on and act as a data analyst for internal departments.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the organization.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and validate that they align with the organization's goals.
- Create and maintain documentation such as requirements specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Facilitate change management processes to support the implementation of new technologies or processes.
- Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics.
Qualifications:
- BE/BBA/MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and understanding of statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with systems like Zoho and Odoo.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
