Reporting of the role This role reports to the Director - Commercial 3 best things about the job: Gives opportunity to learn and keep updated of the dynamic market Understanding of overall agency business Work with the biggest media agency in this industry Measures of success – In three months: In depth understanding of the Core Media VD reconciliation, claim & recovery Tracking & Data Management for Audit In six months: Handling MBA Audit queries (Internal & External) raised on Mplan & Billing. Handling Unbilled tracker and reporting & MIS. In 12 months Ensure complete understanding of the Profile and start taking decision Responsibilities of the role: Operational Core Media VD reconciliation Claim & recovery Tracking & Data Management for Audit Unbilled Tracker & Reporting MIS Audits Handling MBA Audit queries (Internal & External) Client audits- Media, Financial, Rate Benchmarking Conducting internal audit of Group companies Sox Audit Functional Audits as and when required by Management What you will need: Post-graduate/MBA Finance with 6+ years of experience worked closely on reconciliation, claim & recovery. Experience in audit and working closely on Management reports Excellent communication skill Team player
