About The RoleAs a Paid Media Copywriter on our dynamic team, you'll be the wordsmith behind our highly targeted and persuasive ad campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You'll work closely with the Paid Media team to craft compelling copy that resonates with the Business and its target audiences and drives conversions. You will have to master the art of covering the crux of the business in limited characters. You will be expected to meet tight deadlines and deliver variations of copies for testing purposes. You will also have to be quick with your deliveries. You will have the opportunity to work with some well-known and big brands. Your work in this department will be measurable and you can track how your copies have performed.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop persuasive ad copy for paid media campaigns across various platforms.Understand and analyze audience demographics and interests to tailor messaging.Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists and designers to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.Stay up to date on the latest paid media trends and best practices.Provide variations in copies for the team to test.Measure and report on campaign results to inform future strategies.Maintain a strong understanding of our brand voice and messaging guidelines.

Candidate Requirements1+ years of experience writing compelling copy for digital platforms.Strong understanding of businesses.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for creativity and a knack for crafting engaging narratives.Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
