Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and layout complex, multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer.
Collaborate with electrical engineers to interpret schematics and optimize board designs.
Perform signal integrity analysis, thermal management, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
Generate fabrication and assembly documentation including Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
Maintain and update PCB libraries, including footprints and symbols.
Conduct design reviews, implement feedback, and ensure compliance with IPC standards.
Lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Support prototype testing and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest PCB design tools and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of hands-on PCB design experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Altium Designer.
Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
Experience with high-speed design, power electronics, and RF layout is a plus.
Familiarity with IPC standards, EMC/EMI considerations, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Experience:

Leading design teams or managing PCB projects.
Working with fabrication and assembly vendors.
Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical electronics is a plus.
