About Product:
SiteRecon is a sales solution for SMBs, particularly the landscaping and lawn care companies in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The platform enables the sales teams to do their jobs better by automating the mechanical, mundane parts of the sales process. To be more specific, it is designed to order survey features of any particular site and then explore the site and deliver measurements data on a map. It also has tools to work on top of the delivered data. Our data delivery is done by state-of-the-art AI with humans-in-the-loop pipeline.
About the Market:
Although our technology applies to a lot of applications especially related to the site-based operations industry, our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Combined size of Industry in these 3 countries alone makes up a staggering $140B.

SiteRecon came into existence in August 2020 and within a relatively short span of time, we have grown into a strong team of 50+ wizards who carry the spirit of wonder and innovation in their hearts. Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a HR Executive Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our team. As a member of this team, you will drive recruitment for technical roles and other tech teams. One who is interested in hardcore recruitment & also has a good number of experience in the same profile.
Your major responsibilities will be:
Attracting Global tech/ non tech talent
Discussion meeting with hiring managers and the HR on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
Responsible for entire payroll, payroll taxes and administration and employee data management.
Keep reporting on a daily & monthly basis for various recruitment reports.
Responsible for managing complete recruitment life-cycle
Independently devise and run sourcing strategies
Pro-actively collaborate with business stakeholders for managing talent pipeline
Hiring for any one of the areas as mentioned: Engineering, Deep Learning,Data Science & Growth and Analytics etc, non-Tech , Founders office, Accounting etc
The experience you will bring:
Must-have
2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in Technical recruitment
Experience in handling recruitment for technical areas like Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Leadership etc
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong communicator and collaborator
Recruiting life-cycle experience
Hands-on experience of handling complete recruitment life-cycle
Creating good candidate experience
Great negotiation skills
Make informed sourcing decisions and execute fast, while being adaptable in light of new information.
Nice-to-have
Technical recruitment experience in Start-ups, High growth companies
Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource
Any diploma degree in the related field
Hands on experience in - Linkedin, Naukri, Other private HR vendor sourcing operations
