Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.


Candidate Screening:


  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests when necessary.


Interview Process:


  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with clients.
  • Prepare interviewers with relevant candidate information and interview guides.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the interview process.


Stakeholder Management:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment on hiring goals.


Candidate Experience:


  • Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Manage the offer process with the clients, help in documentation and post offer engagement.


Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a tech-driven company.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology roles and required skills, including but not limited to:
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, Swift, Rust.
  • Web development frameworks: Django, Flask, Express.js, Spring, ASP.NET.
  • Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
