Job Description: We're in search of a vibrant and imaginative individual who's passionate about crafting social media content. As a Content Creator, your role will involve producing engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, particularly Reels/Shorts/YouTube, focusing on Law Entrance Exam-related content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative concepts for Reels/Shorts/YouTube content, encompassing law entrance exam insights, LPT Patna product highlights, tutorials, educational material, and exclusive behind-the-scenes peeks- Craft compelling video content that resonates with our brand identity and marketing goals- Act as the face of our brand by featuring in video content, showcasing products/services, and effectively communicating key messages to our audience- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and maximise reach and engagement.- Participate in photoshoots and video productions as needed, demonstrating comfort and confidence in front of the camera- Execute Social Media plans as prepared by the marketing team- Collaborate with other influencers and brands to increase visibility

Requirements:

- Proven experience creating compelling content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels/Shorts/YouTube- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms- Good communication and storytelling skills (Hindi, English both), with the ability to convey messages effectively through visuals- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with experience in video shoots- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively- A genuine interest in our industry/niche and a willingness to immerse yourself in our brand identity and values
