Job DescriptionHandle incoming inquiries and requests from customers regarding services.

Leading Scoping calls with customer to gather requirements and document it in CRM.

Assist sales leads in preparing proposals and statement of work.

Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance, legal and delivery, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics and identify trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Stay updated on Qualtrics product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively support sales efforts.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales support policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide training, guidance, and support to sales teams on CRM systems, sales tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology (Preferred), Computer Science (Preferred), business administration, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role.

At least 2-year experience in working for a SAAS based software services-based company either in implementation or sales operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.
