Job Description:

ANSSI Wellness is looking for a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team. As an Orthopedic Surgeon with us, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients manage and overcome spinal disorders, neck pain, and back pain through non-invasive treatment options. This role is ideal for a professional committed to providing high-quality care and interested in being part of a progressive healthcare movement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations, diagnose patients with spinal disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Collaborate with physiotherapists, spine care specialists, and other medical staff to design holistic and effective patient treatment protocols.

- Educate patients on non-surgical treatment options and the benefits of spinal decompression treatment .

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Work closely with our CRM and patient engagement teams to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

- Participate in ongoing research, training, and development programs aimed at improving clinical practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: MBBS and DNB or MS in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized institution.

- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in orthopedic practice, preferably with a focus on spine care, non-surgical interventions, and pain management.

- Licenses/Certifications:** Valid Medical License to practice in India.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong background in orthopedic procedures with a focus on non-surgical treatments.

- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.

- Interest or experience in spinal decompression and holistic wellness treatment modalities.

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficiency in patient management software and CRM systems is a plus.
