Burson is looking for a Senior Manager – Investor Relations for our Mumbai location. With 5 to 7 years of experience in managing Investor Relations and IPO PR mandates for companies across a diverse range of size and sectors. This role will focus on supporting the planning and execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) and developing and executing investor relations strategies for clients.

Position Summary –Burson is looking for candidates who have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing IPOs and investor relationships. A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will help you navigate our terrain like a pro.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

On the IPO front:Lead the IPO process, collaborating with client teams and external advisors to ensure a successful launch.Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.Develop and maintain corporate governance materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with guidance from the lead managers to the issue.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning.Monitor and analyze stock performance and provide insights to senior management.Prepare press releases, investor presentations, and other communications materials.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions with reference to capital markets.

On the Investor Relations front:Developing and implementing investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder valueManage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to promote understanding of the company’s business model and performance.Support in the preparation of earnings calls narratives and presentations to investors and analysts.

Education -Graduation / Post Graduation in Public Relations or Marketing Communication.
