Job Description:
Must have min 3 years of experience in mechanical design of steel structures, handling large assemblies, for wind turbines or related machines etc.
Must have strong knowledge on #Heavy #fabricated structure.
Must be well versed with the #Welding types, standards & procedures.
Must have a good understanding of the manufacturing processes, design for manufacturing, design for assembly and design for transport and logistics
Must have preliminary understanding of FE analysis and interpreting the analysis results
Must have good working experience of at least 3 years with #SolidWorks
Working experience executing projects to maintain safety standards
Working experience on #GD&T, #Tolerance stack up and global drawing standards
Global exposure is added advantage
Experiences with the design of steel components, welded steel #assemblies and #sheetmetal parts
SAP experience
Good experience in managing projects with medium to high level complexities
Ability to describe complex technical issues in a simple and comprehensive manner
Very self-reliant and well-structured way of organizing team deliverables and a high level of proactivity
Good organizational skills
