Job Description – Senior/Principal Technical Program Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – AI Services PlatformOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

is a strategic growth area for Oracle. It is a comprehensive cloud service offering in the enterprise software industry, spanning Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS). OCI is currently building a future-ready Gen2 cloud Data Science service platform. At the core of this platform, lies Cloud AI Cloud Service.What OCI AI Cloud Services are:

A set of services on public cloud, that are powered by ML and AI to meet the Enterprise modernization needs, and that work out of the box. These services and models can be easily specialized for specific customer/domain by leveraging existing OCI services.Key Points:

Enables customers to add AI capabilities to their Apps and Workflows easily via APIs or Containers, Useable without needing to build AI expertise in-house and Covers key gaps – Decision Support, NLP, Computer Vision, for Public Clouds and Enterprise in NLU, NLP, Vision and Conversational AI.You’re Opportunity:

Are you ready to do something big?What You’ll DoYou would work as a Technical Program Leader on backend services for AI Platform developed and running on cloudYou will be reporting to the Director of software development responsible for driving AI Platform services for decision sciences, language, vision and speech groupsProvide program level leadership, delivery and drive product planning, execution and monitoringDrive strong alignment within functional and technical stakeholders within and across the product groupsManage high standards and drive visibility across the various initiatives in the group by reporting, managing and governing the overall objectivesAid in delivering cloud service on top of the modern Infrastructure as Service (IaaS) building blocks at OCIDrive in the entire software lifecycle – development, testing, CI and production operationsBalance between product feature development and production operational concerns like writing run books, ops automation, structured logging, instrumentation for metrics and eventsLeverage a plethora of internal program tools at OCI to develop, build, deploy and manage softwareMentor and groom technical program managers in the teamQualifications7-10+ years in building and architecting enterprise and consumer grade applicationsYou have prior experience in managing projects on distributed systems in the Cloud worldYou have prior experience in managing Data science and machine learning projectsManaging programs end to end by balancing the key objectives of scope, budget, time and effortAbility to Influence and engage various teams across the board and bring in best practicesWorking experience on agile methodologies, project management processes, stakeholder managementBuild and Delivery of a high-quality cloud service with the capabilities, scalability, and performance needed to match the needs of enterprise teamsTake the initiative and be responsible for delivering complex software by working effectively with the team and other stakeholdersYou feel at home communicating & driving change management & adoption of key program management principlesPMP, SAFE, PgMP would be a big plusCareer Level - IC4
