Job Description : Responsibilities : - Define and implement the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives. - Design and architect scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions using cloud-native technologies. - Evaluate and select appropriate DevOps tools and technologies. - Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. - Define and enforce DevOps best practices and standards. - Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Design and implement automated provisioning and configuration management solutions. - Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Ensure security and compliance of cloud infrastructure. - Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI. - Implement automated testing and deployment strategies. - Manage release processes and ensure smooth and reliable deployments. - Implement and manage artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory). - Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk. - Define and implement alerting and incident response processes. - Analyze monitoring data to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure. - Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps). - Implement and manage access control and identity management solutions. - Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. - Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies. - Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Plan and execute disaster recovery drills. - Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of critical systems. Required Skills : - 15 years of overall IT experience, with 5 years of dedicated DevOps experience. - Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). - Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). - Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk). - Strong understanding of networking and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills : - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer). - Experience with serverless computing. - Experience with database administration. - Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet). - Experience with security scanning tools. - Experience with Service Mesh.
