**What You’ll Do:**


- **Lead and Inspire:** Manage a small, high-performing team of recruiters, driving performance and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- **Hands-On Billing:** Take charge of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while also actively participating in recruitment activities.

- **Team Development:** Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them achieve their full potential and develop their skills.

- **Market Insight:** Leverage your experience to drive strategies that cater to the European market, while also adapting to local market dynamics.


**What We’re Looking For:**


- **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in billing and team management.

- **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team to achieve and exceed targets.

- **Communication:** Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- **Market Knowledge:** Experience working in the European market is ideal but not essential.

- **Adaptability:** A hands-on approach with a proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and drive success.
