Twinleaves is an e-commerce end-to-end product and solutions company, started in 2021, based in Bangalore. Our product Origin is a comprehensive suite of warehouse management systems, store management systems, end user e-commerce applications deployed for customers across a few countries globally. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail omni-channel and operation solutions. You'll own the product vision and roadmap, drive product-market fit, and lead the cross-functional team towards building exceptional user experiences. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and UI/UX best practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product-market fit.
Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
Work closely with designers and engineers to translate product vision into tangible features and experiences.
Lead the development and execution of UI/UX strategies that create seamless and intuitive user journeys.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure product aligns with business goals.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize product performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.
Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices and have a diverse portfolio to showcase.
Proficiency in adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, In vision, Figma and others Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand company/brand guidelines and incorporate the same within design,
Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple teams both inter/intra company
Experience in providing creative insight to improve existing products
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
A portfolio of professional UI/UX work for both web and mobile platforms.
Experience with Retail or any SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
Requirements
Bachelors in Engineering (B.E or BTech.), MCA. Candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience preferred. Expertise in react js / javascript programming language Experience in UI frameworks like react Redux, a sync programming Knowledge of API implementation using node.js Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker) Strong programming, problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms. Solid foundation in Computer Science, distributed systems and web technologies. Proficiency in deploying UI in Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Go etc. is a plus.
