Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic
Sales & Marketing Executive
with a proven track record in RMC sales. This is a field-intensive role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for RMC products across construction and infrastructure segments
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into deals
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Represent VR Infra Realty at industry events and client meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of RMC sales experience
    (mandatory)
  • Strong network within the construction and infrastructure ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month (based on experience and performance)
  • Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000/month
  • Performance incentives and growth opportunities
