We're looking for a seasoned
Technical Project Manager
with
12+ years of experience
to join our team full-time in Bangalore, onsite, 5 days a week.

In this role, you'll lead mission-critical technical projects from concept to delivery. You'll be responsible for building clear project roadmaps, managing resources, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

This isn't just about managing timelines, it's about creating impact. From collaborating with engineering, product, and IT teams to addressing risks and technical challenges head-on, you'll play a central role in driving execution and business outcomes. Your technical expertise in
SQL, Python, Java, or similar languages
will enable you to understand complexities, make informed decisions, and guide teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, ensuring timely mitigation
  • Establish clear objectives, success criteria, and track performance through KPIs
  • Monitor progress, report milestones, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL, Python, Java, or similar programming languages
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments
