Job Summary :

Support the business and technical team in day-to-day activities with Oracle Cloud applications, such as Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBC), Workforce Planning (WFP), and Narrative Reporting (NR).

Job Details :

- Provide assistance with month-end closing activities with Oracle Cloud applications, and data integrations processes and Data Management data load mapping errors.

- Supporting the reporting process to parent company in Japan.

- Support the users by fulfilling new reporting requirements and assist with any updates to the existing Narrative Reports and Smart view reports.

- Provide security access per TAH policy and maintain/provide audit logs when requested.

Documentation and Training :

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on Oracle EPM functionalities and best practices.

Upgrades and Patch Management :

- Plan and execute Oracle EPM application upgrades and patches, coordinating with internal teams and Oracle support as required.

Best Practices and Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with industry trends, Oracle EPM product updates, and emerging technologies.

- Recommend and implement best practices and process improvements to optimize system performance and usability.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Communicate system changes, enhancements, and updates to end-users in a clear and concise manner.

- Respond to User Help Desk tickets for disposal of service requests from business users.

- Work closely with SAP RTR team to integrate Data imports and metadata imports from SAP.

- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including database backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures.

- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize query execution plans.

Position Requirements :

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.

- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Knowledge of data integration methods, including data mapping, transformation, and data load processes.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture, functionalities, and best practices.
