Uniliv is a dynamic co-living company redefining urban living. We focus on creating vibrant communities centered on convenience, community, and connection. As part of our growth, we are expanding into the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector to manage corporate and institutional cafeterias and generate additional revenue through cloud kitchens on platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.


Position Overview:


We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for our F&B vertical. This individual will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a deep sense of ownership. The EIR will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing various initiatives to manage cafeterias and leverage existing sites for additional revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • System and Process Development: Conceptualize and implement systems and processes by collaborating with technology solutions.
  • P&L Management : Oversee P&L statements, working with chefs and the central operations team to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Institutional Liaison: Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for institutional clients regarding cafeteria management.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Partner with brands and suppliers to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Revenue Stream Development: Create new F&B revenue streams using existing infrastructure, including cloud kitchens on Swiggy and Zomato, and tiffin services.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in the F&B industry, with a focus on institutional or corporate cafeterias.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify and execute new business opportunities.
  • Experience with technology integration and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
