Job Title:  Sr. BASE24 Technical Consultant.

Job Location:  Mumbai

Primary Skills

5+ years of Strong Implementation, configuration, and technical support experience on ACI BASE24 /BASE24-eps Applications.

Be in a position to work as an independent contributor on BASE24/BASE24-eps Implementation, support and certification projects.

Experience in production issue analysis and production deployment.

Ability to lead and mentor team members as and when required.

Experience on Payment Industry / Online transaction (ISO8583/ISO93).

Demonstrate solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with payment processing solutions.

Has the ability to identify and provide information needed to clarify a risk or business situation as a part of project implementation and support.

Perform other duties as assigned like : 

- Trouble-shooting and Analysis of BASE24 / BASE24-eps production environment issues reported/ escalated by Bank

- Provide necessary Technical support in closing Production related issues

- Provide Resolution /Consultancy for BASE24/BASE24-eps related issues that does not involve code fixing, typically solved through configuration changes

- Fix and deliver BASE24/BASE24-eps configuration changes for any incident reported. ( Code/script changes/fixes can be done project team)

- Apply and Test Code Fixes and Interchange mandates on the bank’s test environment

- Provide Incident Report Analysis (root cause analysis for production issues with resolution)

- Ensure handover/takeover of CSMs that are developed by project team

- Support Banks IT team in responding to RBI / IS audit queries 

- Co-ordination with respective team for resolving any queries etc

- Create Implementation plan for deployment, BASE24-EPS maintenance etc. for any project, mandate, fixes etc.

- Load Balancing of production process if required and approved.

- Should be able to enable/disable/analyze trace

Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any equivalent degree. 5+ years relevant experience. Experience in BASE24/BASE24-eps on HP Nonstop platform Can communicate effectively with customers & peers Deployment of code into SIT, UAT & Production environments as per the process defined. BASE24 domain knowledge XPNET ATM/POS ATM config files Interchange interface STM/PSTM ISO8583 EMV/Contactless Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills Excellent knowledge on BASE24 configuration, OLTP transaction processing and flow . Understanding of ATM terminals( NCR, Wincor, and Diabold) and ATM configuration load (NDC+ and MDS) Experience with BASE24 configuration, routing, authorization, management, source code methodology. Experience with Interchange specifications and processing. Experience on VISA/MasterCard/Rupay and other simulators Basic/Expert knowledge on keys and ACI TSS modules for key management. HP Non-stop Skills. TACL TAL Enscribe/DDL Tools like FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, Pathway, SCF

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

Any Development Experience on Nonstop TAL, TACL , C++, DEBUG etc.

Excellent Communication/Presentation, Leadership skills and Documentations.

Knowledge of other ACI products like PRM , UPF and Oracle Golden Gate.

Any other Payment switch hands on experience in a deployment or Implementation/Support capacity.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
