Job Overview:We are hiring a Product Trainer for our retail brand, who can guide on ground sales teams with strong product knowledge and help them communicate benefits confidently to customers. You will ensure every team member understands how to recommend the right product for the right concern.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for doctors, therapists, front desk and sales staffTeach ingredient knowledge, usage steps, pairing, results timeline, and contraindicationsCreate easy training guides, FAQs, product videos, and case studiesAssess staff knowledgeSupport staff during interactions when neededGuide them in skin analysis basics to choose products correctlyTrain on how to explain product routinesCoach teams on sales conversation skillsTrack product sales performance and plan strategies to improve numbersEnsure strong product visibility and correct displayPrepare launch training modules for new productsSkills & Experience:3-4 years experience (minimum) in skincare / dermacosmetics / pharma / product trainingStrong knowledge of product ingredientsClear communication, patience, confidence in public speakingComfortable with frequent travel across Delhi/NCRWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and monthly performance incentivesGrowth opportunities in a fast-growing beauty and wellness groupWork with leading experts and advanced skincare formulations
