Lead Analyst / Team Manager – Fund Operations (Private Equity | SPV | Accounting) Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6–10 Years (STRICTLY) Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Education: Any Postgraduate About the Company Our client is a global leader in alternative investment services, supporting Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and institutional investors across multiple geographies. They specialize in investor reporting, fund administration, analytics, and data-driven financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and review Fund Operations for Private Equity structures Perform Accounting , Trial Balance , Journal Entries , Intercompany , and SPV-level accounting Handle Expense Management , Cash Management , Cash Tracking , and Reconciliations Work on Invoicing (Coupa) and operational workflows Support SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) related deliverables and documentation Work with instruments such as Bonds , Shares , and Equity via Public Portals Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting Lead or review team outputs (Team Manager will lead the full team) Experience & Eligibility Lead Analyst (6–8 Years) 4–5 years relevant experience in Fund Operations / Private Equity Accounting 1.5+ years reviewer or team-handling experience Team Manager (8–10 Years) 5–6 years relevant experience in Fund Operations / Private Equity Accounting Minimum 3 years managing teams Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong Accounting background ✔ Trial Balance , Journals, Reconciliations ✔ Hands-on SPV (Special Purpose Vehicles) work ✔ Private Equity operational experience (non-NAV) ✔ Expense & Cash Management ✔ Intercompany entries ✔ Invoicing (Coupa) ✔ Excel proficiency ✔ Experience with Bonds, Shares, Public Portal Equity ✔ Reviewer/Team Management experience Do NOT Apply If
