Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our team. This is a night shift position, designed to cater to our clients in different time zones, ensuring 24/7 support and seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.-

Provide real-time support for inquiries, bookings, and travel modifications.

2. Itinerary Planning:

Research, design, and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements.-

Ensure itineraries align with budgets, preferences, and timelines.

3. Booking Management:

-

Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.-

Manage last-minute changes and cancellations while minimizing inconvenience to clients.

4. Issue Resolution:

-

Address and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently during the shift.-

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for quick problem resolution.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

-

Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and vendor communications.-

Prepare daily shift reports for handover to the next team.

6. Process Adherence:

-

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.-

Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and requirements.
